How to fight sleepyness

  • Cold water on your face or take a quick shower
  • Drink coffee (takes 20 minutes to kick in)
  • Sit straight
  • Get enough sleep at night
  • Stretching or light exercise basically
  • Stay hydrated
  • Eat enough. Not too much, not too little
  • Take a short break every hour
